You can help cure cancer. You can leave a legacy. You can help us save lives.
Philanthropy has helped shape Jefferson since its founding, and there are many ways you can be part of our rich history. Donations of all sizes and types make a difference, from seed funding to launch a new study to a bequest that sustains care and discovery for the next generation. Because of generous donors of the Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center, we are able to care for patients and families who need us most.
Want to make an impact? Here’s how:
Provide funding for basic research equipment that our scientists use to extract and purify materials like DNA, RNA, proteins and other cell components. These tools are vital when studying cancer genomics.
Help fund an oncology nurse navigator. Cancer is a scary and sometimes confusing diagnosis. An oncology nurse navigator will educate and assist patients to ensure the best care experience.
Create an innovation fund. Innovation funds are vital to the advancement of research and can be used to fund databases and other tools to promote collaboration.
Name and endow a research laboratory, which would be funded in perpetuity. Endowed labs enable us to launch new projects or sustain funding in an area where we need more time.
Name and endow a professorship. Endowed professorships are used to recognize and retain our best faculty or to create new positions that attract internationally renowned oncology experts to the Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center.
Gifts of all sizes make a difference. If you would like to request more information, please contact Jonathan Agree at 215-503-6058 or email@example.com.
