An intensive 10-month program (participants attend 12-full day sessions) to develop senior administrative and faculty leaders who will work collaboratively to drive Jefferson’s business strategy and organizational transformation. Facilitated by a Wharton faculty member, modules are taught by internal executives as well as national thought leaders, and include both onsite and offsite learning. Participants lead a project they identify with their sponsor, and receive 6 months of executive coaching.
A comprehensive 8-week program (participants attend ½ day /week) designed to support leaders in building a vibrant workplace culture and achieving optimal results. The modules, all supporting Jefferson’s Leadership Success Model, range from Transformative Leadership at Jefferson, to Maximizing Leadership Impact through Influence and Time Management.
New Leader Fundamentals
A 4-week program (participants attend 5 hours/week) for newly hired and promoted leaders at all levels. Participants are introduced to important Jefferson policies and procedures around hiring, performance improvement, performance management, financial systems, and much more, all within the context of Jefferson’s Leadership Success Model.
HR Masters Series
The HR Masters Series are informal monthly programs offered on-site at Jefferson entities. These hour-long sessions, facilitated by the Jefferson HR Team, provide managers with easy access to best practices in Human Resources and leadership. Each month a separate topic is offered at multiple times.
