Jefferson Has an Automated Process for Ordering Stationery
Jefferson has an automated process for ordering stationery to increase efficiency in creating and printing materials like business cards, letterhead, appointment cards, prescription pads and notepads. Hospital and University staff that commonly order stationery will be able to access a user friendly online tool that will step them through the process of creating stationery and approving orders.
Online stationery ordering can be accessed HERE. The link is also in the Administration area of the Intranet as well as the Employee area under "Campus Services."
Staff can also access this Stationery Help Guide (PDF), which features step-by-step instructions and screen shots to help you navigate the stationery ordering process.
NOTE: When setting up the ordering account for the first time, your username is your email address and your password does NOT sync with your campus key password.

The Jefferson Forms Library is a secure webpage that is designed to help you access Jefferson forms quickly and easily. The site was created by the Information Services & Technology department,
with the support of the Jefferson Forms Management Committee.
Every year, hundreds of forms are created by JeffGraphics for University, Hospital, and Jefferson University Physicians' use. They are then uploaded into the Forms Library database in PDF format, which can be easily read and printed out with Acrobat Reader.
