At Jefferson we work together, side by side, every day to improve lives. Supporting each other in times of need strengthens us so that we can better care for the communities we serve.

This year, we’re encouraging everyone to go ALL IN to establish the Better Together Fund, an employee-assistance program modeled after similar opportunities already available at Jefferson Health – New Jersey. The Better Together Fund will offer employees financial aid during unexpected hardships, scholarships for continuing education supplies, and help for many other situations.
