Graduation Checklist

Please keep in mind that all communication will be sent exclusively to your Jefferson email account.

  1. In October, you will be notified to submit your Graduation Application and Regalia Order forms online through Banner web. Your application must be submitted by January 8, 2019
  2. Request accessible seating by March 1, 2019
  3. Address any Account Holds with Enterprise Finance Office before the regalia fairs.

    The 2019 Regalia Fair/Grad Finale Information will take place as follows:

    Location: JAH ATRIUM
    Dates: Monday, April 8, 2019 and Tuesday, April 9, 2019
    Time: 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day

    Location: JAH ATRIUM
    Dates: Wednesday, April 10, 2018 and Thursday, April 11, 2019
    Time: 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. each day

  1. If you are UNABLE TO ATTEND the Regalia Fair, please photocopy your Jefferson I.D. for the person who will be picking up your regalia and tickets in your place.
  2. Check your Jefferson e-mail account for information regarding extra tickets.
  3. Give your tickets to your guests BEFORE you arrive at your graduation ceremony.
  4. Bring a photo I.D. to authorize the release of your diploma following the Graduation Ceremony.

East Falls Class Ring Information

The East Falls Grad Finale will provide the following vendors: Graduation Portrait Photography, Graduation t-shirt sales, diploma frames, an opportunity to record your name so that it will be pronounced correctly at the Commencement Ceremony, an opportunity to sign the class banner, and a chance to meet with Career Services, Graduate Admissions, and the Alumni Office.  Jostens will be selling class rings on the East Falls Campus Store on October 23-25th, 2018, 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
