Hass Laboratory

I am a cognitive scientist and psychometrician interested in problem solving, creativity, and learning. My early career work focused on what skills must be learned to achieve creative success. My current projects focus on improving existing creative thinking measures and experiments, investigating how motivation, self-beliefs, and implicit theories impact achievement, and quantifying the impacts of team-based and interprofessional education on healthcare professionals.
