COVID-19 Better Together Fund Surpasses $7M

Over the past 11 weeks, more than 4,700 incredible people have contributed to the COVID-19 Better Together Fund, providing hope, safety, and security to our healthcare heroes fighting on the front lines and to those who found themselves in distress due to the impact of COVID-19. We have surpassed $7 million to support our cause!

In addition to helping us purchase PPE for our hospitals, this support helped over 3,600 employees and students experiencing hardships due to COVID-19. Jefferson employees who applied for help received aid for food and housing security and increased childcare, eldercare, and transportation costs. Students also received support for food, housing, and study resources to continue their schooling at Thomas Jefferson University.

Jefferson continues to do everything possible to support its employees, sustain its clinical operations to best serve our community, and provide its students with the highest-quality education.
