Larry Slagle joined the Office of Institutional Advancement in 2018. Previously he served in advancement roles at Make-A-Wish Foundation, the American Cancer Society, Habitat for Humanity, and World Vision. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Eastern University and a Bachelor of Science in human resource management from Trevecca University.

Julie joined Jefferson Health Foundation – New Jersey in 2020. She previously served as the director of development for the AtlantiCare Foundation, serving the AtlantiCare Regional Health System located in southeastern New Jersey. She began working in development in 2012 raising funds for social service organizations and has an expanded background in media, marketing, and public relations. She holds a Master of Science in nonprofit management and philanthropy and obtained her Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) credentials in 2017.

Patricia McGowan joined the Office of Institutional Advancement in 2018. She has previously held development positions at several national nonprofit organizations. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Montclair State University.

Joanne Sabatini joined Jefferson Health Foundation – New Jersey in 2013. Previously, she served as an events manager at Tech Impact. Joanne has earned her Bachelor of Science in accountancy at Villanova University.

Samuel Vaughan joined Jefferson Health Foundation – New Jersey in 2022. He previously served as a grants coordinator for the Latin American Community Center and has a background in sales management. Samuel earned his Bachelor of Arts in political science from Eastern University.
