In accordance with the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) reporting guidelines and Jefferson Campaign Policies, interdepartmental transfers (IDTs) are not considered charitable gifts and therefore may not be used to purchase a Gala sponsorship. In accordance with Jefferson Finance Policies (Policy 103.08 Capital Budget Process) Jefferson credit cards and checks are also not accepted.
